I’m Shane Flooks. I’m an IT educator, AI automation specialist, and the founder of a B2B SaaS company based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

For over 20 years, I’ve lived in the world of deep infrastructure—telecom, VoIP, and massive networking systems. I’ve seen the “backbone” of business from the inside out. But today?
